Any electrician will tell you that the most expensive items to run in your home are items with heating elements; geysers, ovens, heaters and tumble dryers. It is always better to install a slightly higher capacity unit than one that is too small as the smaller one will have to work constantly to maintain your desired temperature, using more electricity and causing more wear and tear.
